I love the exhaust, though. Did have to replace the gaskets recently as they had completely rusted through and had all but disappeared.

Also one of the welds that holds the two tips together is broken.

 

you can always polish the tips and weld it again.

Regardless of poor quality, I would love to have UCC because it is probably the BEST sounding exhaust system for MINIs.. sad that they are out of production..

 

You should call Rob @ UUC. He will make things right. He is a stand-up guy. I have a few of their products on my 3-series.

 

It only comes with a 1 yr warranty. They did take care of me and send the gaskets for free but I doubt they will send me a new exhaust....especially since they don't make them anymore..

Man, that sucks! I know of a few other exhausts with a lifetime warranty! ;-)
