When Webb or M7 (instert other vendor) bashing tops the performance and tuning Forums I begin to question NAM’s vitality.... As evidently a majority would rather see/be involved in a scrap, than be positive or productive as a community.

In case some haven't noticed a bunch of long time members who'd had lots of knowledge & experience to contribute are scarce. Is it any wonder?

Save for the humor, threads such as this (IMHO questionable merit to begin with) quickly spiral downward - one-way tickets to uselessville.

How about a thread that would actually benefit the community at large? The new year is fast approaching... collective resolution?

I emailed him earlier this month and got a reply in about 3 days. Then called him in the middle of the day and he answered the phone. I ordered a set of H-sport control arms and asked a few questions. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me and answered every question I had. He got the parts to me in 4 days. I think that's fast especially for mid December(I'm in Va). I emailed him with one more question after I received the parts and got a reply in about 4 days. I have always had good service from Randy. I know it takes alittle while to get a hold of him but his MINI knowledge and enthusiasm is incredible. I think he is worth the wait.

I don't know where Randy might be, but I ordered a Milltek exhaust from WMS on Monday 12/18 and it arrived on 12/20. He may not be replying to phone/email but somebody is definitely getting the orders out.

Oh, and I gotta say that installing the Milltek was a breeze with Randy's detailed instructions.

I'm currently working with a engine builder for my s2k, he does really good work, but is sooo hard to get ahold of...I am so close to just asking for my motor back and doing it all myself. Being in the service industry i can't stress how important it is to be available to your customers... It can be a make or break deal for many...

What's sad is that you can make your customers so incredibly happy and provide them a product/service better than any other, but not returning phone calls or be tardy with responses can destroy your credibilty...especially with the internet...

I've used Mr. Webb's DIY more than once, works doesn't it?

I just got an email from Randy.
It was something about Christmas organs - didn't make any sense.

I chatted with Randy online just a couple of days ago, so he's still around.
