Post #76 shows my diagram of the preferred routing--the one to which I refer when stating that it produces *no* oil buildup in the runners or IC after about 4000 miles.

I have a whole team working on it. I was funded by NASA and I just got my check today from PayPal. I will have a full Excel spread sheet showing every speed, degree of turn, weather....etc. It is going to be hot!!!!!
BTW I take my Sh*T before the gym. I don't want anything bad to happen when I warm up with 250lb. And yes Mike I'm still impressed with your 345lb bench.

well... what degree is the incline? is this before or after you poop... im so confused. what is the temp in the gym? what is your body temp... where do you stick the probe? Also, is that weight Mike including the weight of the bar? do you wear gloves because that will affect things too... also where you drinking water or gatorade? if it was gatorade did you buy the premixed bottle or did you use the powder. if so what blend are you running? Because that will affect timing. Also, what temp is your gatorade flowing at? do you hydtrate more often like an M7 thermostat or are your running stock? What kind of breathing are you doing? deep breaths or shallow breaths? Do exhale like a blow off valve when you reach the top of your rep like a blow off valve? Are you venting to atmosphere? that isn't carb legal... and speaking of carbs... how many did you injest before your work out? did this affect your pre-work out poop? How many reps do you? how many RPMs do you do (reps per minute) do you have a rep limiter? if so how high is it? Do you ever feel like your arms are going to fall off the faster you rep as if you were floating your arms? also, when you are done, how do you idle? what kind of shoes to you wear? X trainers? if so what brand? how tight do you tie them? Also, do you wear shorts or pants to the gym? this will affect IATs. if you run bigger bottles of gatorade can you idle your car or are you limited to 400cc bottles? because some cant idle with that much gatorade... too much sugar... also it can cause puddling because you drank too much and you will have to go home because the gym won't let you sit on anymore of there equipment...
Hey, Mario, I saw on another thread where you were still looking for more HP? I see you are considering more or different ECU work, which might get you some oomph. Also, how about the drive train? Lightweight flywheel? Performance clutch? Of course there are noise and driveability issues.
Another drive train possibility is that Helix now offers a lower final drive package. Of course, it doesn't increase HP, but revs you up faster and off the line quicker (sacrificing top end, of course).
Personally, I don't have unlimited $$, so I will not work on these items until I'm out of warranty. Given enough $$ (i'm gonna save up) I think I will do the final drive and LSD for sure. I really would like to hear and feel -- or at least hear from owners of -- some examples of lighter flywheels and clutches, though. When my OEM clutch gives up I'm thinking maybe I'd like to see what the Spec Stage 1 is like.

thanks, but, NO. Seriously, I grew up on stick, and it's so second nature that I don't mind it, even in heavy traffic and on hills, with the OEM.
On the other hand, the car is first and foremost a daily driver for almost 43k miles so far, and likely to stay that way until they 'pry it from my dead cold fingers'
. It's on the 405 (or alternate routes) from Long Beach to El Segundo and back every M-F at rush hours. I've read several opinions on the pros and cons of LWFW and performance clutches of varying degrees of "bite". I've decided that, when the time comes, the ONLY way I'll really feel good about my final decision would be to try it for myself. -- if I could get some folks with various "performance" setups to let me try a few launches and maybe even cruise around a little -- at least as a passenger -- I'd feel a LOT BETTER about spending a few grand on these items.
Just be careful when breaking in the Stage II clutch... Follow the procedures to the letter, otherwise you'll end up with a slippy clutch.
I just installed a TSW torque shock on my 2003 MCS and have an interesting observation (although I haven't done any back to back tests to prove), but it seems like I'm getting a lot more acceleration traction. Normally, if I turn the DSC off, it's really easy to spin the tires when pulling away from a stop, but now, it's seems like I have to work harder to spin the tires.
It certainly doesn't feel down on power, in fact, it's been pretty cool here (Austin), so the car feels healthy...
