Swapping 2006 S LSD 6sp into 2003 S 6sp

I got a good deal on a new 2006 S LSD tranny what are some of the problems to expect on swapping out my transmission? Besides fluid are there any seals I should have on hand before I start this? I read earlier that after I swap transmissions that the cruise control will not work, is this still true or has someone come up with a fix? Thanks...........

I have an 03 JCW & I'm curious about this too. My local dealer says "we've never even opened up a transmission here before, " so not much info there... Good Luck

Tranny fluid is the main thing. I have dropped my tranny several times and haven't replaced any seals. No experience with the cruise control though on 06 trannies. Who needs it any ways?
