Can someone help as I'm a little confused ref my Venom nitrous kit

I have a M7 Venom nitrous kit fitted but have changed my air induction kit to an Alta CAI kit.The Venom instuction manual says to fit the nitrous nozzel in the induction pipe that joins the throttle body to the filter shroud .the nozzel is ment to be 3" away from the throttle body on this pipe.Is this the best place to fit it as i dont want to drill a hole in my new Alta silicone induction pipe if theres a better place.

That's not the best place for the nozzle in this application...

Look at the braided line going into the plenum just before the black AGS heat shield (to the right of the IC)...that's where the nitrous jet goes

This is what i thought i saw when i looked at your car engine pic. What size hole do you drill and does it need to be tapped? also what are the other pipes you have near the braided one.Finaly can i drill and fit the nozzel without removing anthing appart from the intercooler.Oh and which way does the jet hole of the nozzel have to face.

You know...it's been a while and I can't remember the tap size...I'd give Peter at M7 a call

I removed my plenum prior to drilling but other's have been able to do this carefully with oiled rags stuffed inside...personally, I would take it off...

I filed a mark on the jet's nut that corresponds with the jet direction and then timed it with enough sealing teflon tape so you can torque it down with the jet facing downstream...

The other plumbing are for my water/meth injection system...not necessary but not a bad thing to have when you're running nitrous...
