copied a mod that was posted some time back. i used rubber insulating tape to insulate the inlet hose; the air box; the throttlebody hose. then some on the front and back of i/c . sprayed water on top of seal of air box to hood and determined some airconditioner foam was needed. beautiful seal now . (adhesive spray) the tape foam on the hoses was followed by reflective ductwork tape. the tape was used on i/c bottom too to reflect heat as well as front and back of i/c. took for hard run and felt pre i/c and post . post was actually cold to touch.

 

oh also the inside of air box was cold but outside was hot.

sorry no i'm dee dee dee when it comes to computers . just wrapped all with that pipe insulation tape(rubber) 2" wide. got it at lowes. then did the reflective tape .also self adhereing. did the reflective first on the i/c so it wouldn't stick an melt .then the rubber then the reflective again. it's a different car. it's so smooth now .
