Hogwash, the stock ECU handles the pulley just fine. I get pretty much the same dyno results as Andy, below is my dyno run chart. I also drive the car at the track and I can tell you the power is all there and it runs great!


The ECU tuning will need to be adjusted for every change to the engine system (intake to exhaust) to maximize perfomance. Minor changes don't warrant the effort, but major changes to the mix like supercharge pulley upgrades, new heads, headers and exhaust systems will not yeild maximum performance without remapping the ECU.
I look forward to when the MCS aftermarket has had time to sort this all out and proven products will be marketed at reasonable prices.

Sure the ECU tuning may not be optimized yet, but most of the other mods (intake, pulley, exhaust) are quite the bargain now. I am looking forward to a "personalized" ECU for my setup, however.
