A few days ago I put an order in for a Dinan intake from Mini Works...

Didn't get any confirmation... tried to PM and email them.. with no response.. Phone number is constantly a fast busy tone...

Any know what is going on???

Victor is a good guy and likes to help his customers. I've bought a couple things from him and never had a problem. Don't know what's up at the moment, but I've received only good customer service so far.

 

Maybe posting on a public forum is the way to get him to respond. Good stuff! isellem, you know if he ever went to Italy?

 

that was actually going to be my next post! I just remembered that he may have been going out of town... He also has a fiancee so he could be busy with that. Again, if you have any trouble getting ahold of him such as a wrong number or something goofy... let me know... i will just go down there for ya. just trying to lend a helping hand. Like i said, don't worry, you will get your product. I will warn you of this though DINAN takes FOREVER and a DECADE to ship product! We at the dealer get the slowest service on the plannet from DINAN. Great stuff... but when you have to wait 5 weeks to get a stage 2 kit... give me a figgin break.

So... unless Victor had it in stock... there is a posiblity of it taking a while to show up due to DINAN NOT VICTOR

I currently have a situation with Mini Works. I sent $2200 (wire transfer) for a set of Brembo GTs. This was 2 months ago. After a month I called and was told that first, they were on vacation and their shop guy did not ship, then I was told that the brakes would be shipped within days. After another month I had emailed and never got a response. I had to get somebody to be an intermediary for me. So far....2 months later.....no brakes. Seems Mini Works is too busy to care about prompt customer support and keeping customers informed about orders. Also, they should not promise parts if they do not have them in stock. I will never deal with Mini Works again.

Just talked to Victor on the cell phone.. he has my order, but doesn't have any intakes in stock.. is going to contact Dinan and see when they are shipping him some....

We are here, we are still open, and yes we have been busy with other parts of the business.

Here are the issues regarding parts:
We are out of stock on Dinan Intakes.
The Schroth silver and black pro fit harnesses are still on backorder.
We might no longer carry GTT parts.

Regarding Army Dog, and the Brembo Brake kit order,
that was partially our fault, and also Race Technologies/Brembo
We quoted this customer a price of $2200 shipped (as a special favor)
Overnight, the retail price went from $2195 to $2595,
BY THE WAY, WE ARE STILL MAKING GOOD ON OUR WORD AND THAT KIT IS ON HIS WAY TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE AGREED PRICE.

Sorry Victor, still going to have to keep my order cancelled though. I accepted a price for an in-stock Dinan CAI & plug wires thru another dealer and the deal is paid for.
