Best thing to do:
Call Peter or Randy at M7 and get the low-down.
They have good products but they also have good advise.
Peter actually talked me out of one modification that would have made him some money!

Why do you want to do this? Just curious. There are better bang for the buck mods.

Hi Paul.....

It was nice to finally meet you at the Monterey Historics, what a fantastic weekend M7 had, and all of us, Randy, Nardo and myself enjoyed meeting many new friends......

The TB should not be the first mod, but an addition to consider after you done things like CAI, pulleys, exhaust etc. One benefit that you will have with the 59mm TB is improved throttle response.

Dr. O (and many others) had problems with acceleration flat spots around 2,500 - 3,500 rpm when they moved to larger TBs. Any comments about the 59mm TB's resistance to flat spotting?

I have the v2 60mm and there are NO flatspots . The v1 62 did give me one... FWIW.
