MINI Madness Pulley

Is the MINI madness pulley self centering, or do I need to make it flush with the end of the shaft? Are there any pros/cons for the MINI Madness over the ALTA?

Thank you.

The pulley is self centering and installs just like the ALTA. Some feel there are pros and cons to the pullies. Basically they all do the same thing. I have the Madness Pulley because I got it pretty cheap installed. I also like it because it's black. Get which ever one you like the best.
