Drivetrain Increase Torque ??? on Mini "S"

Could anyone tell how they increased low end torque on their Mini "S" ?
I am taking mine to Diamond Racing next week for an upgrade.

Supercharger Pulley.

I agree. The pulley is all that's necessary. Until we find some effective software, I would hold off on any ECU changes.
