This thread is seriously bizarre. I saw the original post. Now, I see something completely different. And, your signature has completely changed. What the heck gives? Were you lying THAT blatantly?

Yes but I think with out FireBall Tim and his team of Crack mechanics here to answer or a chance to test drive the car we may never know the truth. I think we should get to take the car for a spin to see if we can find out if wheel spin is keeping him out of the 10s.

well since Hubie and I are the "crack" mechanics who built the car...I would say...the 10s has nothing to do with wheel spin....she hooks very well...so...all that is needed is to just turn up the boost

the 60 FT of the car was consistently 1.6 that's pretty darn good for a FWD...I think there is a 1.5 in it...but who knows...

the rest is just power...if you use an ET calculator with a the wieght of the drag car (2190) and the power it was run at. (320 WHP you get 10.99 ....now...a 11.2 is pretty good being that ET calculators only do #s and not reality...they are based on everything being perfect...

the time was laid down with 320...but it doesn't matter...even if it was 500 hp it's still the fastest time...[/quote]

--->Loosemosse: I'd say Tuls cleared the air. He said what the car weighs, how much power it was running, and showed the calculation being pretty close. 320wHP @ 25psig is very plausible for a twincharged MCS. I'm satisfied with Tuls explanation, as it all adds up. The whole "500HP worlds fastest" is a marketing slogan, don't take it so literally.

Is there an additional point you want to make regarding your efforts on your MINI? I'd be interested to hear what you've worked on and the results.

Cheers,
Ryan

That part is settled... I don't know you... I assume you know his car, so

I agreed that 2150p 320 WHP gets that time.
I don't agreed that the NOS had nothing to do w/ the 320 WHP runing 25 between the turbo and the supercharger.

Thats funny, I was refering to the SC producing PSI or is it just known that if some says twincharged @25 psi that it includes both the turbo and the supercharger or is an oversized pulley to 19% reduced pulley not considered in the PSI being used.

I think, I may, on a clear day have an idea

I am no longer arguing the numbers 2150 lb MCS TC w/ 320 WHP running 11.26 w/ nos (at some level) considering upgrades

As for a MCS TC w/ 500 and those specs (upgrades w/o a 100+ shot of NOS)
NOT!

So be it.... In this case I feel better and it's uuum posssiible.

Geez, RYEs trying to boot my post...

Loosemoose...Please do not instult me be sugesting I would lie...

NO NOS WAS USED to achive 320 WHP....

I am currently make 340 WHP (28 lbs boost) and that is WITH OUT NOS...the kit is the same as the race car minus the front mount and the motec...

I didn't realize you were "arguing" anything....I thought you were genuanly trying to find out the truth...
you have it now...I'm sorry but, I will not argue...there's not thing to argue...I don't skew things, I don't lie.

This was about the 500 HP now I know it's a claim and includes a nice shot NOS

Regardless, it's temporary...
You'll be seeing my car soon and then you'll undrstand were I'm coming from.

I'll shatter 500 HP w/ NOS

Nope, the subject started to change, so I started to remove my comments.. If people are not interested in the conversation why say anything at all.
