Alta crank pulley, HELP needed

I've just bought the pulley.

Is there anyone out there who is willing to lend me the proper tools to do the job. I've already got the tensioner tool. I'm looking for the pulley remover/installer tools.

I live/work in central NJ.
I will gladly compensate with $ or gifts.

Why do you need a special tool? Why can't you just use an ordinary three-slot harmonic balancer tool (available at NAPA and lots of other auto parts stores) and yank the sucker off?

I have the tools to remove the '03 balancer, but I do not have the install tool. I used a bolt I got from Fastenal for the install, but that was with an 05 balancer, not an Alta. PM me if you are interested in barrowing them.
