and what do you have to contribute to this thread other than a personal attack based off of an assumption that i reach 150mph two to three times a week on public roads...
did i ever mention where any of this was taking place? Did i say how many times i do this a week?
this is getting ridiculous...
fine the motor mount broke... i was in a parking lot... i came out to my car and the mount is broken! oh my...
ingsoc onasled this is your que to waive the bs flag at me in regards to the mount breaking...

back on topicish: I am surprised to see the clutch put up with that much powershifting and abuse ( I use abuse for lack of a better term, doesnt necesarily mean it is a negative thing). Do you think MINI uses a fairly strong clutch disc and pressure plate from the factory?

where are these events taking place? right next to ingsoc in his mini going 142

I realize I don't know enough technical jargon about what's going on here, but when someone is starting/having a business based on selling/installing such items, it is up to them to test it to the limits. That way when someone purchases/installs said items the seller can be fully sure of it's abilities.

I don't remember even getting into 6th at the Glen at all. The loooong straight is a bit of an uphill grade, so the Mini does struggle to get to 130.
My car is not that fast on straights anyway (as the video shows the Mini behind me slowly gaining) ,as it's mostly set up for fast cornering (as the video again shows

It's not crazy if you REALLY want to know what your' car will do. Deemotored is right about the testing, would you buy something from someone if they've never tested it? I know I sure as heck wouldn't, but if I did and it broke then it's my fault not the venders. This thread is quite sad considering Isellem did something so the rest of you didn't have to, I'm not taking sides or anything it's just beyond reason why this thread went the route it did and why so many people on here get so testy. Be happy guys!!! a fellow Mini owner did something which sparked interest.
I speak from experience for those of you who think otherwise, Isellem is a good guy and he is working for your interest and benefit and I have witnessed many of these feets he's been talking about.

also... it took a hell of a lot of abuse! i would and will always powershift my mini when i am racing... if i was loosing trannies everyother week or once every couple of months i would reconsider... so if people are afraid to powershift don't be... as long as you don't do it when racing or when trying to go as fast as humanly possible... it will probably never break in your ownership

Thank you stoopid girl for bringing to light why i do some of the seemingly "crazy" things that i do. It all a mater of testing... when i release something i want it to be as reliable and idiot proof as humanly possible. I want it to be able to work and work incrediably well before i sell one item!
