New exhaust tips for mcs

My local dealer was looking through the new mini catalog and found
replacement exhaust tips for the "S". I went in and had them installed
yesterday. Check out my gallery and tell me what you think.

Those tips look great! What everyone else said, part numbers! Those would go well with my "custom" one-ball. How about a group buy on these tips from classic... maybe 40% off instead of 20% off lol.

Sorry but I can't find the invoice right now. I'll call the dealer in the morning and get it. The tips do not require any welding. The old ones
come of with a couple allen bolts and the new ones bolt back on the same way. I don't think it changes the exhaust note at all.

I'll get some closer pictures in the morning.

I think I saw these in the 03 Accesory booklet, they have been around for a while.

Yes, what's the price on these new tips? I could put off modding the cat-back for a few months if I replace the butt-ugly stock tips.

I found the invoice. The parts number has been posed above.
MSRP is $99 bucks. You may be able to get them a little cheaper if you ask.

Hey Thameth, I bet your wheel/tire combo handles nice. I wish Yoko would make those tires in my size.

Thanks

Thanx! It does handle great, works great for autocross. Though the biggest and best add on so far has been camber plates. -2 deg camber will do wonders for an understeering FWD!

Love the look on ur PW, i'm seriously thinking about doing the Aero Kit front bumper and side skirts. I just don't like the rear bumper. Since the pics in my gallery i've added the Aero Grille to the stock bumper and hood.

I bet the camber plates do help. I ran my first autocross a couple months ago and was surprised how much understeer there was when driving around cones. You don't notice it near as much during everyday driving. My driving skills were a little lacking as well. Can't wait to do better next time.
