Randy,
Have you considered trying to get some of the tuning from Digi-Tec here in the USA?
They have apparently squeezed out a considerable chunk of HP without the need of a pulley change. I have read some test drive info from some folks on MINI2 and their impressions were very good.
The price seems reasonable too. Apparently cheaper than the Hartge kit.
