Crank pulley feedback

How many miles with it and what does everyone think so far and what sizes are being used? Any issues without the dampener or with overdriving the accessories? Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I've looked through most of them but am wondering if there any new issues that have come up as more and more miles are motored.

I had a 0% (stock size) installed on my car about a month ago. Since then I have motored roughly 1000 miles. Some of those hard miles on the drag strip and others around town. So far no negative issues. I am still slightly worried about what it might due to my car in the future but only time will tell with any mod I do.

In your response to Lausai and to a previous post of mine (15 + 2 feedback wanted), you redirect both of us to do a search and look at existing threads. I believe this response is potentially counter-productive to the requests. As I had indicated in my original post, I had read the LENGTHY discussion/debate posted after Randy Webb's review of the crank pulley became available. That discussion was full of debate and theory in response to Randy's observations and was interesting. I did a search of this site and found little of what I was looking for. There are others on this site who either have the set-up or have indicated in the past that they were going to be running a lightweight crank pulley. Prior to my post, there was very little user feedback concerning this set-up. Since my post there has been one other thread with some discussion by a few who have this set-up. What I had hoped for was some empirical data in particular, or even butt-dyno observations at a minimum. I have a feeling (I know) there are more folks out there with this set-up who have not posted any comments to date, and that's what I tried and it appears Lausai is now trying to get started. Your quick response to this and to my earlier post, while appreciated in the sense and I believe spirit of trying to help, may also imply to others who view this thread that there is a wealth of the type of information sought by the original post. That's not the case. Your post can, at least potentially, have the effect of putting a quick end to any further discussion. I would still like to hear from more NAM members running the lightweight crank pulley.

... I was trying to help. There is a lot of information already buried in threads. Sometimes people dont want to search first when the answer is already out there. For example, the blown engine thread was started BECAUSE of the crank Pulley issue. I'm sure others will add their experiences and there is nothing wrong with getting more opinions. I do not know what you have read before or not .. it was an attempt to help

I might add that the issue of doing searches first has also been discussed before and the consensus seems to be its fine to keep asking questions because new information can alway be found. But, doing a search first is the first thing. As I said, I was trying to point the originator to the existing info. Several people have suggested some kind of Knowledge Base to get online ... about available products and reviews. Mark is very willing to make the forums better .. See this thread https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=54565
Im also working trying to get a product db established but hes busy through for a bit of time but eventually, I think it will get online.
