Unichip interferes with wiper linkage!

When I was routing a WI pressure gauge to my cowl, I turned on the wiper to check the mechanism's clearance to the line. I heard a scraping sound which was traced to the Unichip conflicting with the wiper linkage arm If you've mounted your Unichip controller according to it's instructions (underneith the cowl sheet metal through the existing hole), it needs to be moved forward 1/4" to clear the wiper linkage. I never noticed this before because I am not usually outside the car while it's raining You've been warned...

It was probably the leaking NOS that kept you from seeing it!
