if anyone knows if the magnaflow is just a issue of changin the hangers or there is more involved. if its just the hangers, a good shop should be able to wipe that out in about 30 mins to a hour.
I just got the new moss mini catologe yesterday and they are selling 05 magnaflows for $650 so maybe you could try them.

I have the Borla Sport and love it. It fits perfectly and the sound is fantastic. You get that nice burp, but not too gassy (lol), when you ease off the throttle. The resonation can be a bit much approaching 70 mph, but once over 70 it dies off considerably. All in all I am very happy with my choice.

Now you're talking I have an 05 convertible and have an OBX header ready to install as soon as I decide on which exhaust and I know Milltek made one that fits the convertible, I can't wait to hear about your set up.

Byron, I can't wait to hear if you've got the direct fit 04-05 Cabrio Milltek system, that would be the new release from Milltek and how did they hook up the OBX to the Milltek, did they use the donut and supplied 2 bolt flange or did they use a flex joint?

I think I will bolt a flex joint with a 2 bolt flange welded to the flex joint and cut that stupid extension coming out of the header flange, and won't use a cat, I found a place to buy cheap flex joint and I can weld any lenght of pipe I need to make a nice piece going from the header to the Milltek, the only problem is that piece won't be stainless except for the joint itself but I'm getting everyting ceramic coated, header, inlet/outlet extension of the flex joint and maybe the front pipe of the Milltek system to reduce heat under the floor.
Here's the link to the flex joint for those who need one:
