Just for fun...

I recently sold some parts from my old MC and I now have $1000 to spend on my MCS. I'm looking for performance recommendations. If you were me, what would you buy based on the following info...
  • I plan to track the car a couple times a year
  • I go to the local drag strip a few times a year for kicks
  • I plan to autocross the car
  • It's a daily driver that I want to keep reliable
Current mods:
  • Alta CAI
  • 15% pulley
  • OCC
  • VGS mod
  • Air diverter w/ sprayer
  • EBC green stuff front brake pads
  • Slotted & dimpled front rotors
  • Braided stainless steel brake lines
  • Yoko ES100 225/45/ZR17 tires
  • M7 front splitter
Here are a couple items I'm considering for my purchase list:
  • MTH Tuner program & cable
  • Colder plugs
  • Rear anti-sway bar
I look forward to seeing your suggestions

What are your plans for mods?

Power?
MTH & Exhaust Manifold (aka MTH Tuning Kit 1).

Control?
Rear sway bar, High Performance Drivers Education (help tighten the loose nut behind the wheel), Springs / Shocks or Coilovers. Quaife LSD

Acceleration?
Lightweight Wheels/Sticky Tires, Lightened Flywheel, better clutch

Been to Phil Wicks MINI driving school Great experience!

I'd like a combo of power & handling... mods I can enjoy day to day and not just at the track. I want a little more power for the fun factor, but handling at the track is important.

you can lose up to 10-15 lbs per corner by getting light weight wheels to go with your Yokos
