I expect the hype on this may well follow the same vein as the SC pulleys. Many people were concerned up front but as the reliability issues were put to rest, a supercharger pulley became the norm.
That said, I'm still on the fence on the crank pulley. I'm glad you all bellied up to the bar as that's what it will take to assure acceptance in the market. I will be watching this upgrade very closely.
Thanks, ripley.

I've been happy with mine...had an issue with a nick on the pulley that chewed up the SC belt a bit on one side- not sure if it was an install issue or manufacture issue. Once the nick was taken care of I've had no problems...great product!

2% worked for me...
I had the crank fitted and I was using it for about more than a month. I can feel the acceleration is slightly quicker but the drawback is that I have to rev higher in the first gear. At the same time I get more vibration due to no vibration damper on the Alta Crank Pulley, not to forget some rough sound at the belting. I think the material used for the crank pulley is making that noise, rough surface.
I had an issue where my belt snapped when I was shifting from 5th gear to 6th at 5500 rpm. The tensioner damaged the crank pulley so I had to change back to the OEM. I think I prefer using the OEM crank pulley of coz slower acceleration but minus the vibration and bearing problems. Feels more comfortable driving the car. If I were to get lighter crank pulley, I might go for Pilo's since they have the vibration damper along with it.
