ticking noise on acceleration

I've noticed a quiet ticking noise upon acceleration, not flooring it, from around 3k-4.5k rpm. I only notice it when the window is down and the noise seems to come from the passenger side. Any ideas???? I may take it in to the dealer soon as I'm still under warranty. 15% pulley and Alta CAI are the only engine mods and it's an '05. Time to upgrade the ECU???
