will 05 tranny w LSD??

will the 05 tranny with lsd fit in the 02 S with out any problems? Im having to many issues with my tanny and slave cylender. And im out of warranty..

I know the 05 MCS transmission fits in an 04 MCS - a friend of mine has done this. Don't know why it shouldn't fit just fine in an 02 as well. The Bentley service manual doesn't show any differences between the 02 and 04 regarding the transmission.
