Help, I need a stock header

Does anybody who lives in the Philly area have a stock header lying around? I need one desperately. All of ours have become donors for aftermarket headers with bad cats. Now I need a cat from one to complete a TurboKompressor kit. If you've got one banging about your garage, give me a ding, and we'll work out a smokin' deal. Give me a call at 215 739 8800 or eric@helix13.com.

Marty:

Two problems: our TurboKompressor kit uses a custom manifold, so no header is needed, and the OBX comes without a cat, so you have to weld your stocker to the OBX anyway.

FWIW, that OBX header is a smokin deal: it's basically as good quality and construction as any on the market for about 1/4 the price of others. Moreover, it makes the same power gains on our dyno that the other headers make (a whopping 2 horsepower). I don't know how they do it (images of Asian child labor come to mind ).

Huevo, thanks, I'll call if it comes to getting it shipped. I'm checking some boneyards as well. I relly want something that I can come get by car: maybe a ride in the TK car would sweeten the deal for somebody...

No, no I meant that to be directed @ Norm! He is working up the OBX to put on his car - thought he had finished but I guess not.

I looks forward to the day when OBXs reappear on ebay

Now I have not owned my mini long (two weeks today) but why cant you use a highflow car or an aftermarket cat in general? Is there size limitations for you requesting a factory cat?

"High Flow" cats (200, 100 cell) are notorious for failing after very short periods of time, as they do regularly on MINI applications. Aftermarket ones can be good, but I am looking for instant, cheap, and reliable gratification for this customer. I'll look this weekend and Monday I'll go the Money route. Thanks for the long-distance offers: I may be contacting you Monday.

I received a mystery header from a UPS store in Texas. Was that you Keith? If it was, THANK YOU. You did us and the world of TurboKompressordom a HUGE favor.

Great "team work"!

"the world of TurboKompressordom"!!!
Is that like Neverland or something?

Hey I went searching ebay for the OBX MINI header and I don't see it listed or on any of the ebay store sites either- did it disappear or get sold out?

Artist's rendering of "the world of TurboKompressordom"!!! Backlit at night of course!

Help Again!

Hey friends out there in Turbokompressordom, guess what?! We need another stock header. For yes another Turbokompressor customer with another unmentionable brand name high flow cat that we can't bear to leave on there. So if you have one, I'd really appreciate a note.
Thanks!
