Are all GIAC software from Helix13?
well, the shop I take my mini into is a GIAC dealer.
if I get my ECU flashed there, will it be the same one as the one Helix13 developed? or Do i need to goto Helix for their version?

No, but some GIAC dealers are not familiar with the varios MINI files. If they don't know the procedure for MINIs, or they don't know the correct file for your car, have them give me a call and I'll walk them through it.
