JCW CAI and Rear Fog Installed and my MINI can't tell time

My embedded clock (early 05 build) doesn't work - it just flashes blank.

Tate MINI Service in Annapolis, MD was very confused as to why my early 05 build didn't have a wiring harness for the rear fog. Through searches on this forum I've only figured out now that July-October 04 builds don't have the rear wiring for the fog lamp. They were stumped and went into the ECU to "see if they had to enable the rear fog through the computer." Sounds like they didn't re-enable my clock. Any guesses?

My ECU also appears to be re-flashed as it is boosty (non-smooth) again as it was with the 15 percent pulley installed.

JCW CAI is pretty cool - supercharger now sounds like the world's largest dentist drill! :-)
