15% Pulley Installed, Special Thanks to Outmotoring and Alta!!
WOW!
Better power, more constant feeling of being thrown back in your feet, tires chirping in 3rd gear, more S/C whine, and an obvious sound of more air wanting to be sucked into the charger! WOW!
After my ordeal:

I have to say the ease of a DIY install was a piece of cake. Everything minus my stupidity listed in the above thread, was a major cake walk thanks to Randy Webb's install notes! Please note, the upper vibration bracket IS different on an 05, but just as easy to figure out! I cannot wait for GIAC software to add to my HP Gain!
One question. I couldnt remember when reinstalling the airbox, does the rubber boot that mounts up against the firewall air hole just but up against that wall, or does the boot fit inside the hole and out the other side? As when I reisntalled it I left it butting against the firewall, and couldnt remember if it actually did go into the hole. Thanks everyone, and especially Aaron at Outmotoring, and Jeff at Alta for the kick butt service and support through my ordeal, and the lightning fast shipping to get me back on the road!
Cheers!

P.S. You must be young. I remember working on my car at night... Don't seem to do that anymore with the wife on the premesis...

My wife was actually outside helping me with the install, as well as dealing with those frickin stock clamps on the airbox! I am 30, well 31 this Saturday, and far from young, but when the MINI has been jacked up in the middle of the garage since Friday and your wife's new F150 FX4 is sitting in the driveway, not able to be put to bed at night, she'd stay up all night to help get it done! But then again, she always loves tinkering, as she was there for the intercooler install on the VW, bodykit install, lowering, exhaust, chip, and she still manages to make it out to the dragstrip and blow little Honda boys away in her VW
Thanks for the advice on the airbox, will slide it through the hole!

the factory filter when doing emissions? You're going to get
the full effect of the pulley with their intake...and it's a decent
butt-dyno detectable gain especially 4k rpm and up.
