Has anyone tried this exhaust - any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

searching "ebay exhaust" will bring up a couple threads.

highlights: looks a lot like the one rspeed used to sell, needs to cut bracket something or other. cheap. sounds good. blah blah blah.

yep. I have it. I got it fom RSpeed at a higher price (before these things went off to eBay), but I really like it. One fitment issue, but the rest is fine. Flanged connections, good fit otherwise. Sounds nice, mellow, but once under load it gets throaty. Then it burbles all the way down the rev range to tell you that you need to get on the gas again.

I wish they would make one like that with only one muffler, no use for the second one and you save alot of weight.....

I think i would pick that one up really quickly for $349.

I've got one as well - bought from another NAM member who sold his MINI. The build quality looks good - nice welds, flanged connections. I like the sound - it's louder than stock (especially at 85-90mph), doesn't drone (too much), and has a nice burble when you let off the throttle. The install wasn't tough, but you do have to cut out part of the center exhaust hangar. Overall, I think it's a nice system - especially for the price.

I like my ebay exhaust. The left "ball" hangs a little lower than the right. The sound is good, mild but powerful and smooth sounding. I like the fully flanged construction. Pilo exhaust looks good but lacks the fully flanged construction.

The previous exhaust that I had with the Flanges (Same flange style as the header flange) had a tendency to blow the gasket out and leak. I do not have this issue with the Megan.
