Drivetrain How to install spark plug wires
How to install spark plug wires
This maybe a very newbie question, but as i got zero experience in taking out my wires,.. i'd love to have any help i can get
i got new live-wire spark plug wires... do i just plug the wires in the proper place into the new coil pack, install the coil pack, then put the wires in the exact same place the old wires went (like to from the coil to the cylinder)
as well, do i just take the old ones out, and put the new ones in? anything extra need i know? any tricks or any bonus things i maybe able to do?
thanks!

Do mark your wires BEFORE unplugging them
Even an old wrench monkey like me has plug them back in the wrong sequence more than once
You'll know as soon as you start her up
Use dielectric grease at the connections to prevent corrosion and promote conductivity.
Torque your plugs properly with an accurate torque wrench and check them frequently.
