“Needed”? Probably not ignition coils. You’ll probably want colder plugs to keep them from burning up. Whatever you’re running for stage 1 is probably good. Stage 2 would be the addition of a cat-less down pipe. I think the ignition and fueling can be tweaked in stage 2 to run the combustion cooler.
