Installed OCC produces a lot of "espresso coffee"

I have installed an ebay occ on a mcs 2009, which is an imitation of the mishimoto one as far as I can tell. The occ works well apparently but while during summer in Greece it produced nothing to the point I was searching what I did wrong, during winter it fills with espresso coffee with milk colored juice which smells like gas every 500-1000 klms.
Can i do anything to reduce the amount of moisture?
The occ is attached to the air intake side, the intake manifold side is left as it is. I bought another one to put there but I have second thought about cutting the hose.

when I use the AC a lot I don’t catch as much. Once winter rolls around the winter blend has big part to do with it, at least for me. I was letting the car warm up before driving and that caused it to fill up more the first couple of weeks I had it last winter. Now i let it run for like a minute then drive it up to temp, not going over 3000 rpms. This has helped cut down a little. I empty it weekly while checking oil and everything thing else out.

I'm thinking about installing a bigger one. It's insane that all that mix went to the ic turbo and eventually valves.

I heard once that much of what a OOC catches is just humidity from the air that wouldn't necessarily be a problem for the engine had it gone through. People install a OCC and then are shocked that it catches a lot of water and assume they have water in their oil.

I just empty it once a week. Not a bad thing to check the oil, brake fluid, coolant, check hoses, etc. Just a weekly maintenance I’ve come to do. I also empty it every day before any dragon time, just a piece of mind.

You are right, im sure the external humidity has an impact on the amount of moisture in the occ. The oil it catches compared with the water is minimum. Here is a photo of the can
