High Performance Intake Manifold????

I was out yesterday and dropped off two cylinder heads for rebuild/rework at Hayward Performance, he was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Met and talked to Lance, very knowledgeable, been in the business for many years, well known here locally for his Porsche work and also does extensive work with high performance Honda's. Checked out his work and shop, he does cylinder heads and intake manifolds. He said he could design a high performance intake for our application if enough people are interested. He is old school,he designs the manifold, makes molds and has them cast, all work done locally here in Canada, these will not be cheap overseas castings. check out attached links. Please let me know if you are seriously interested and I can get the ball rolling.
Some examples of his work

Not trying to discourage your efforts, but "RPM POWER Engine Management Canada/USA" already has an intake manifold for sale. Probably not one of the "cheap overseas castings", altho I have no experience with them. Check out their FB page.

Yes they have a very nice cnc billet manifold, just looking for a more economical alternative. I dont see it listed anywhere for sale, but considering their valve cover is close to 2g, the intake would be considerably more than that i would think.

Try contacting them for price / delivery, they might surprise you. I'd expect a valve cover to be lots more expensive, due to the PCV system involved.

As a side note, pretty good results can be obtained by adding WMI ports to our OEM manifold. I just broke into the 400+ WHP and getting ready for 500+ with this setup ---

I wonder how much it would cost for a unit OTD. RPM powered's billet intake manifold's quality is unparalleled. If there is a decent price difference with similar power gains and ease of install, I would for sure be interested.

That's a very good MWI setup ... are you running with just the four jets, or is there fifth one going to the JMTC pipe as well?
I'm thinking about putting one in Buzz, and curious about your setup in particular.

I also previously had the TurboSmart DP and a manual boost cut, but took them off once the S42 went on. Tell me more about that part of your setup as well.

I'm running with the RPM Valve cover now... considering their manifold.

Same! Their manifold and OCC are unreal together, and the manifold looks like it is even nicer of a unit. I know it isn't cheap, but looks like it may be the best option.

The WMI manifold hoses are, from L to R --- inlet, ports 1 - 4, ICI pipe. All 5 jets are 0.4mm.
