Tune and OBDII glitch

Hello all! Had my R60s tuned to RPM stage 2 a while ago and the car’s been running great but a minor annoyance. After I did the tune my OBDfusion app can not communicate with the A/F actual PID anymore. To be perfectly clear it cannot communicate with the SAE PID. It does communicate with the Calculated A/F Actual PID. So that means I can’t use other PIDs that use the SAE A/F Actual PID such as Engine Power etc. has anyone had a similar experience? Did the tune override something? The car is running great and I’m not getting any CEL. Thanks!
