Just wanting to see if the OP ever chimed back in to give us some more details on his 480cc injectors with no tune.......and it doesn't look like it

-25% Long Term Fuel Trim

-25% short Term Fuel Trim

On a 380cc 210hp factory tune

There's a 0.000005% chance it may run "ok"
Although with CEL for a lean code
