Flow Rates of the Stock Injectors vs the jcw Injectors
Anybody know the flow rates for the stock and the jcw injectors. I'm getting ready to add an Alta Top Mount Intercooler Classic (larger Intercooler) in my 05 MCSC with the goal of getting as close to jcw hp as possible. Should I go with the jcw injectors with the larger Intercooler, or stay stock?

The idea behind bigger injectors is of course to be able to put more fuel in the engine when needed. My car would be fine without them but, the goal is to have the injectors not working in the high range all the time. The pulley is really the only thing i've got that makes it need more fuel. With the bigger injectors they are usually working in the median range instead of 90%. This should make them last longer.

well not sure if that is true. my ecu learned that i switched the injectors and pulled fuel from the long and short term fuel trims and now the car runs lean in the top end. working on a reflash for the 380cc injectors and hope this solves this issue. so beware.

they won't wear out quicker just more likely to fail (open or closed).

So what am I supposed to do ? The only options are to work on the car in the Chicago dealers parking lot, installing the big IC and injectors Have them install my parts ,charging Chicago and BMW dealer prices Or have the burn done first and drive home and install the stuff.

Same here as I can tell...I am running a little lean from the AFR readings from my dyno and I have JCW injectors on the way.
