doubtful. You should still get a fast spool

Here y'all go.

The only downside I have had with it is that it's a little too think. That may not be a bad thing in the performance side of things....
It's a tight squeeze between the fascia cover and it. I had to poke a hole where the bolt goes through about 3/4 inch behind the stock one (bottom of plastic) in order for it to fit.
I am having the same issue, I have a 2009 JCW bumper. Did you get the bumper to line up ok?

Hey guys I have a r57 and went with the black Wagner knock off. I don’t have the bottom crash bar. After grinding off the top mounts and tab I was able to get it to fit but when putting the bumper back on the bottom fascia seems to run into the intercooler and doesn’t line up tight. So the bottom fascia kind of sticks out 3/4 inch and I can’t get all the bottom trim screws properly in. Do I have to remove the bottom center grill? Any tricks? Thanks.

Also I posted in another thread noticed less low rpm throttle response torque on otherwise stock setup. Anyone else notice? Longer turbo spool time?

I had the same fitment issue with my 2013 and with the Gplus intercooler. I ended up grinding down the support for the ambient temperature thermostat, as well as the lower grill of the bumper, including grill tabs at the bottom of the grim.

I used a dremmel and took my time with the grinding.

In regards to the lower tabs at the bottom of the bumper, as long as the bumper lines up, just drill some new holes to secure the bumper. Be careful when drilling because you don’t want to drill through anything else.

Take your time and do do it right. Good luck

Data was collected via the Torque app for Android and the Carly for BMW OBDII bluetooth adapter, and then ported it into an excel spreadsheet.
