hello guys after reading about the Mishimoto cai and watching their video i decided to purchase theIr kit.
On opening the box the quality of the kit was top notch.
I then decided to fit the kit and found the screws for the maf sensor were too small it was no big deal i just ordered some new ones.
following the instructions on the Mishimoto video John tells you to rotate the Mishimoto air pipe and lock the maf sensor in the cut out in the heat shield. This was the problem as what you are doing is jamming the maf plug against the heat shield to prevent the air pipe from moving which is not a good idea putting stress on that plug.
Misshimoto are aware of the problem .
