Air intake, intercooler, or exhaust?

I have a 2011 mini s and im just starting to do little things to the car. I just deleted the muffler thats on the hot side of the turbo and i deleted the air amplifier on the cold side of the turbo. My question is what should i do next? Should i upgrade my intercooler even though its towards the end of summer in michigan and winter will be here soon. Should do a air intake? Are they even worth it or should i just do an exhaust? Any advice or input would be great, thanks!

Intake and exhaust are for sound, but no HP gains. An intercooler in a good idea and then an ECU tune

Yeah i was thinking intercooler would probably be the beat option. Just trying to upgrade performance and not sure where to start exaclty or what direction to go in or what else i should do besides intake, exhaust, tune, intercooler.

After the tune you should get colder spark plugs NGK 1422 and a stiffer diverter valve, so it can hold the new boost targets from the tune
