Ford Focus ST170 diff same as our LSD/diff?

I see a couple companies market the ford focus ST170 LSD units as mini R53 compatible

anyone know if this is true? Was looking at cusco & tran-x LSD's for my track car, Mpower also sells a gear type along with OBX on the cheap end

I like the factory LSD as it seems to turn quick and yet still give inside power if I could find a pull out or a cheap 05-06 trans I would just go that route

Wait, I still hear conflicting info on compatibility between R53 and R56 LSD. They are the same?

This is what you mean?
