Hey dazz here are the numbers for my bearings. The brand of both bearings is NTN
I did'nt work on my tranny this evening like I was suppose. So I'm not in it (mother at the hospital). I'll give you the numbers of the 2 huge bearings cause I don't remember which one is the primary or secondary.
The biggest is : 6307LLBC3/EM other number for same bearing : 6307LLBC3/L627
The smallest one : 6306LLBC3/EM other number for same bearing : 6306LLBC3/L627
Just to advise you that I did'nt have the time to check if they fit so...
Hope this help. I'll have a question for you and/or Jeffl when I'll work again on my tranny

ok, I put her back together. No gasket maker. The torque sensor seems to be in the correct position, the switch hits the allen screw, but barely. It seems the head of the bolt I was using to hold it open when installing wasn't opening it up wide enough.
mni928, be VERY careful torquing down the bolts holding the case together. The first time I was using an impact wrench... snapped one off. Then tonight, I was using a torque wrench and even though it was snug and I could still turn it with not a lot of pressure, it sounded like it snapped but didn't... it just about did though! here is the result:

signed on to ask the very same... did you use any form-a-gasket or nothing at all. mni928, I just received my cable and have the software, I'll let you know how it goes!

well, I've been successful... to a point. All back together, adaptations complete and the car drives excellent... except for one issue. Whenever I let off the throttle there is a noise, a fast clicking that is in sync with the speed of the car. It goes away as soon as I'm on the accelerator, even when barely touched.
contemplating my next move here, but because all of this is fresh in my head, may take it apart again. I think first I may try a new half shaft/cv joint.

dazz did you take care of the position of the pilot oïl tube that jeffl warned me about in page 1 of this post?
I just finished putting both cases back together and I used Volvo's chemical gasket. A pink stuff that makes a good job (usually) At this point everything looks and sounds fine. I just need the little seal for the parking brake shaft and I'm ready to put everything back
How much torque did your put on the bolts of the case? Did you torque following a specific pattern or with an X pattern?

Yes, I was very aware of the position of the tube. I didn't end up using a torque wrench, couldn't find anywhere what they should be. I just used caution because I have a habit of over torquing things... I'm really good at bolt extraction though!
Just make sure your gasket sealer is one that is oil resistant otherwise it turns to mush.
