Hey all, long story but I'm reinstalling my stock exhaust... Are there any special gaskets that I need to get to put the stock exhaust back on? I have the metal plates on there that look like gaskets, but I didn't know if there was anything else I needed...

You may want to pick up a tube of exhaust sealant for the gasket and a can of liquid wrench for the bolts.

 

What was your aftermarket exhaust? Single or double sided?
I took off a single sided exhaust to put on a double exhaust and I was missing the rubber hanger pieces. The double was installed but only hanging on one side leaving the other side dangling with only one of the two rubber pieces.

I found that and took the rubber pieces off the stock exhaust and installed them on my new double exhaust.

Once you get the stock exhaust back on you might see rust from storing the stock exhaust and you'll appreciate how heavy it is at 44 pounds. It's a big boy.
