valve lash

Anyone know the procedure for adjusting the valve lash on an early 04 MCS?

I have a couple of lifters that don't like to pump up in the mornings so I'm going to replace them all and I want get all of my ducks in a row before I start.

Thanks!
Dan

no can do sir. This car is not set up that way. We have hydraulic roller rockers.

The tappets are pushed out into contact with the hats by oil pressure. No adjustment needed, or possible.

If they are ticking it may mean you have a sticking one and the rocker arm needs to be replaced possibly.

Hope this helps!
I had the same question on my first valve cover pull.. till I saw the lifters and started scratching my head. haha.

That's what I suspected from looking at the replacement rocker assembly.
Just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something.

Now I can fix my sticky lifters

Thanks soccerbummer1104!
