I'm in vegas but seeing as to how small the mini tuning scene is here I'll drive out there. Just depends on the date. Quick question... I would assume I would need to purchase WMW remote tuner right? Or will they be re-flashing the cars with their own equipment?

RMW is based in socal, you could setup a time and just drive out and get tuned. Doesn't need to be a tune party.

There is the self tune method. But I've read so much about cars melting pistons.

Wildcards are paw motorsports in miami. And jb+ tunes.

I run rmw tune and parts. Could.not.be.happier.
Can i get someone to confirm if this tool comes loaded with Tune's similar to an access port tuner used for Subaru's?

I've loaded a shopping cart many times and intended to buy this, just need to determine the whole process involved before making the purchase.

Best,
Ian

I believe it is just the device that can load the tune.

Ok the tool that is sold by:

RMW and Way Motor Works is the DimSport programing box.

It does NOT come loaded with a tune, it is used for Remote Tuning and/or for those that have multiple tunes for your car. Example I had my car custom tuned I have 5 tunes in my programmer:

Stock
Stock w/380cc Injectors
Basic Tune w/380cc and Cam
Custom Tune no Meth/Water
Custom Tune WITH Meth/Water

The box is locked to your Vin/DME once you connect it and download your stock DME/ECU programming.

If you buy the box on its own it is worthless to you!

Now if you buy the box and a remote tune from the seller, download your Stock Flash, and send that off to the Tuner, they can send back a Tune that is setup for your car and after market parts, this will not be a true CUSTOM TUNE, but it will be close usually within 5 to 7% of a full custom.

Now if you take the car to a local dyno that has an O² sensor, you can send the information back and a complete Custom Tune can be created and then you load that into the DimSport Box and then re-Flash your DME.

Does anyone know of a shop that has a dyno in the Bay Area?
