Thanks 6th gear. From reading on the jb+ addon, it seems to be great performance for the price. That will be my next mod after the intake. It does seem pretty safe from what I've read as far as being user friendly.

K&N
Alta
DDMWorks
NM
DoS CAI if what I would go with.

The DoS intake is about $200 more than the DDMworks intake. From what I've read, there is little performance variance between intakes apart from price. At $190 shipped the DDMworks intake is hard to beat! Both seem to be highly respected brands in the Mini market. So I'm going to start with the DDMworks intake and go from there!

Thanks for all the advice though fellow Mini-ers!

So I ordered the Burger Motorsports jb+ piggy back today. Skipped the intake for now. I was wondering about the Alta Blow Off Valve Spring Upgrade.

I can't seem to find if it will be beneficial on my '13 MCS Clubman or not. Anyone offer any advice on that?

I was also looking at the Forge Blow Off Valve adapter, but i see that it just vents air out and can cause a CEL. Any advice for this noob?

One more question, can I use a obd II y splitter to connect the jb+ module and a PLX BT adapter?
