15% pulley removal tool?

I'm attempting to dress up my Mini engine bay a bit. It currently has a 15% reduction pulley on it, but I want to replace it with the Alta V2. The pulley that is on the supercharger now has no markings whatsoever so it makes it a bit hard to look for a vendor specific tool. I took off the 4 bolts on the front, expecting the pulley to separate and that there would be a clamp on the shaft (similar to the Alta), but it won't budge. Could be corroded on (as most of the parts seem to be..). Didn't want to start pounding or prying and screw up my newly rebuilt SC.

There's not much of a lip on the front, but there is a 2mm gap between the back lip and the supercharger case. There is a hole centered on the shaft that's a bit over 8mm and you can see the threads inside the shaft. So far, the only tools that I'm finding are to remove the stock pulley and they won't work either because the pulley diameter is too small or the center hole isn't large enough.

Has anyone encountered this pulley before? Or anyone know of a tool to remove it? Picture attached.

First off I would not suggest replacing the pulley with the Alta pulley. I've found them to not be balanced nearly was well as the style on your supercharger already. To see this, just take the V2 pulley and roll it on a flat table and see the flywheel effect. Also the Aluminum will tend to wear faster, and not expand at the same rate as a steel pulley would.

Now as to removing that pulley. You should be able to take 2 of the 4 screws you removed and put them in the two smaller holes as they should be threaded and as you equally tighten them down it should pop the pulley apart.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. I'll certainly check out the balance before I replace it.

Get the wmw, it’s a great product and probably the cheapest still.(I’ve been out of the mini game for years) go with a 16%. Wish I had, if you plan on doing any intercooler, meth upgrades, or don’t live in the high rpms, do 17%.
