Flywheel going bad?

**I accidently posted this in the wrong section. Should be in the stock problems area**

I've got some issues going on with my car that I think might be a flywheel on it's way out but want some second opinions. Symptoms are as follows-

When the car is cold I get a squeaking noise when I let out the clutch starting from a stop. The noise has been there for ~9 months. It hasn't gotten any louder but does happen more and more frequently now. At first it only happened sometimes cold, now it's every time and even occasionally when it's warmed up.

I get what I can only describe as a low grumbling/rattling from the engine area when starting from a stop which is worse if your on an incline(IE- engine under more load when starting). It almost sounds like an exhaust leak that open ups when the engine moves. I think I have convinced myself it isn't exhaust related though. I can find no signs of a leak. I've looked for carbon deposits and had the car up on stands running feeling around and listening for any leaks under the car.

Last thing that may or may not be related is the engine idle has become rougher it seems to me over time. Not rough as in the engine is missing. Rougher as in more NVH is being transmitted into the cabin. If I depress the gas pedal and bring the RPM's up to 1100 or higher it completely smooths out. Clutch in or out does not effect it. I do have a TSW passenger side mount which I'm sure doesn't help. That has been in there for almost two years and the NVH at idle wasn't this bad originally. I also checked the other mounts to see if they were broken. All are in good shape.

Am I barking up the right tree here or is there something else I should investigate?
