So you have any referrals or something to prove your abilities.I want a tune but it seems like I'm in a dead area with no tuning for the mini.

A tune is SO skill based if custom....experance matters!

Then you can dyno it and post the results. He is generous..he might let you keep it!!
You will just need to send him a check to pay the shipping fee's and some other small fee's, but think, a car for cheap!!

 

Why do I need to email you? Why is it a top secret? IF he is a reputable company/tuner he should be public, right? IF he wants business he should be public, right?
Have you done this? Yes? Publish your results and pictures of you on the dyno and your graph. I hate to say it but, unless he is in the US where we can see him up close and personal you won't get one taker to your top secret tuner.

 

 

The provided website the OP gave me is BLOCKED by my computers security software....(NOD32, ver6)....well...various parts are blocked as "harmful"...so page partially loads.....

I would post it, but would hate to hear of someones computer getting hijacked or otherwise Harmed!!
So if you go to the 'INFO" website, they try to hijack your computer....
wonder what they might do if shipped them your ECU?!
Maybe it is an ok place...and the owners website was hacked....but still not a good sign!

 

If OP can provide a handheld tuning solution there are many here who would be interested.
