so I have only had my mini for 4 months. I am brand new to owning a mini and driving a stick. she has 128,000 miles on her and I am the 2nd owner.

So far what I have done to her is the following in the last few weeks from completely stock MCS

Brand new OEM rotors all around
Brand new OEM brake pads all around with sensors
New Mini Madness CAI with 5" cowl mod
New Mini Madness spark plug wires
New Mini Madness coil pack
New Mini Madness iridium spark plugs
Synthetic oil change
One ball exhaust modification
Way motor works 15% reduction pulley + smaller napa belt

I am getting the car back from the mechanic sometime soon
They just threw on the 15% reduction and new pulley.. I am very excited to try it out!!

I am thinking on the dyno I should be making around 190-195 HP stock ECU no tune, yes?

I think I am at the end up any cheap performance upgrades, yes? the next steps will be expensive like injectors, a tune, all that jazz...

 

Suspension, wheels/tires, short shift

 

with that kind of mileage you more than likely need some front control arm bushings.
But an Hsport comp rear sway bar would be the best bang for the buck next.
