Looks like im pulling the trigger on a 240whp build ona complete stock 04 cooper s. Should be interesting. Im more than willing to document the steps as I get further into it with ian. Should be fun.

Still have room for a cold air intake and some other goodies. Any suggestions? Looks like its going to be a rwm head, header, superchager tune up and addition of a pulley, alta exhaust rmw dominator cam and whatever else is needed.

 

I would Recommend a Race header, and a bigger cam but thats just my preference.
the Cold air is really not a huge deal, id get a JCW... avoid foam filters cause they are easy to get dirty and clog.
Just go with what Ian has to say and he will take care of you.
