15% Pulley Install????

I bought a 15% pulley from Way and I have not been able to get them on the phone. So I am getting frustrated. All I have is one question before I finish the installation.

Using the Craven Speed installation instructions is states on step #17

Slide your new Pulley Hub all the way onto the supercharger shaft and place the pulley body on top of it. Push the two pieces of the pulley together until they are mated litely. Bottom out your pulley body to the end of the shaft and then pull it back .020 to .025" away from the end of the shaft. This important step insures that the body tightens on to the hub and not the others way around.

The thing is the photo they show with the pulley on only has the hub pictured onto the shaft. And that seems to be allowing what seems to be .020-.025" of space of the SC shaft exposed.

So now Im stuck on how this is to go on.

i usually put the 4 screws in
lightly a few turns and slip the entire unit onto the car and bottom it out
then tighten
never had a problem yet.

I had the exact same question while installing mine. I read around and almost all other DIY steps (alta, pelican parts) state to push the collar all the way back then slide the pulley body on. I slid the collar all the way back and installed the pulley body. I think you'll be fine, mine was perfectly aligned.
